Do I have to put a deposit down at the time of scheduling?
Yes, a deposit is due at the time of scheduling your session or event. Deposits are securely processed through the link in the Payments & Gift Certificates tab.
Deposits are applied to your balance, which is due in-full on the day of the photoshoot, unless a payment plan has already been arranged. *Payment plans ONLY APPLY to weddings, destination packages, all branding packages 4 hrs+, live sports coverage, and boudoir packages, and will incur a service fee of 3% per payment and charge your account every two weeks until your balance is fulfilled.
IMAGES WILL NOT BE EDITED UNTIL YOUR BALANCE IS PAID IN-FULL.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule?
A 72-hour reschedule notice is required in order for your deposit to be applied to the reschedule date. IDeposits are non-refundable for cancellations.
One reschedule date will be honored without having to put down another deposit. For subsequent reschedules, a new deposit is required regardless of notice given.
How long does it usually take to hear back when I submit a question or request to book a shoot?
Typically 1-2 business days, or less. If you have submitted a contact form and have not heard back after 48 hours, please submit another form! Although a rarity, sometimes technology fails us and extenuating circumstances happen. Please submit a second form and note that it is the second request in the comments. I appreciate you!
Please specify whether you prefer an initial consultation by phone call, email, or text when filling out contact form. It helps me to prioritize our conversation.
What factors go into photography session prices?
Prices include considerations for (but not limited to): ongoing client consultation, length of photo shoot, travel time, editing time, equipment, final product shipping/delivery, professional licensing & insurance, etc. *Most locations require photographers to be licensed & insured. Proof of business license &/or available upon request.
Editing takes time and attention to detail. Each and every image is customized just for you, highlighting everyone’s best attributes.
ALL INDIVIDUAL/SITE-SPECIFIC PERMITS &/OR ADMISSION FEES FOR PHOTOGRAPHER WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR FINAL BALANCE. **EXCEPTION: DE STATE PARK PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITS. I maintain a yearly DE State Park Photography Permit.
Client vehicle(s) parking fees, as well as all client admission fees for client’s entire party at any location on the day of the shoot will be paid by the client.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for someone?
Absolutely! Gift certificates expire one year after initial issue date, and can be purchased for any dollar amount. Please see Payments & Gift Certificates tab for more details.
Are gift certificates transferrable?
Yes. Arrangements must be made directly to update new recipient information. All transferred gift certificates retain original expiration date from initial recipient.
While deposits must be made electronically to secure your date & time, I accept money orders, business/personal checks and cash for final balances.
A $50 fee will be applied for business/personal checks returned for insufficient funds, and images will not be edited until payment arrangements are made directly, and balance is paid in full.
Can I share my photos on social media sites?
Absolutely! I kindly ask for a photo credit or “tag”. Word-of-mouth is the best form of advertisement!
