FAQs

  • Do I have to put a deposit down at the time of scheduling?
    • Yes, a $75 online deposit is due at the time of scheduling your session. Deposit payments are securely processed through the link in our Payments tab.
    • The deposit will go toward the balance of the session, which is due in-full on the day of the photoshoot (see reschedule policy).
  • What if I have to cancel or reschedule?
    • A 48-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required in order for your deposit to be returned or applied to the reschedule date.
    • For subsequent reschedules or cancellation, a new deposit is required to shoot, regardless of notice given.
  • How long does it usually take to hear back from someone when I submit a question or request to book a shoot?
    • Jennifer typically responds to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.
  • What factors go into the photography session prices?
    • Prices include considerations for the following: length of photo shoot, travel time, editing time. Other factors include equipment, final product processing and delivery. Photo editing takes time, as each image is customized just for you, to bring out your best attributes. You would not want to compromise the quality of your photo-art investment, and we will not release a less-than-perfect product. Jennifer produces fine art-quality photos which you will treasure forever.

    •  Sure! Gift certificates expire one year after issue date, and can be purchased for any dollar amount. Please see our Payments for more details.

  • What if it rains on the day of my photoshoot?
